Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery or pickup.

What can be returned

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all parts and tags.
• Please bring or include your order number or order confirmation email.

What can't be returned

• Opened beauty, skincare, hair care and personal-care products (for hygiene reasons).
• Opened hosiery, socks and underwear.
• Gift cards.

How to return

• In store (free): bring the item to our Richmond Hill or Kitchener store, whichever is closer. Online orders can be returned at either store.
• By mail: contact us first and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

In-store purchases follow our in-store policy: returns within 7 days with a receipt.
